Hello! My name is Ashley Benoit and I am no stranger to struggling with health, fitness and managing my weight. After years of trying fad diet plans and products, I realized that focusing on inner health and happiness while creating sustainable diets and fitness routines were the real keys to success when it comes to transformations that actually last.
Now I am working to help others achieve their optimal health and happiness in life. I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN and a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.
What does “integrative nutrition” mean? It means that our health isn’t solely dependent on what we put into our bodies. Along with helping you to create the right nutrition plan, I help you figure out fitness routines, manage stress, have fulfilling relationships, get enough sleep, and find more happiness in your day-to-day. How many times have you “known what to do” but haven’t been able to stick to a healthy routine? I’ll get to the bottom of what your underlying issues are and work through them with you so that you are able to sustain healthy habits and get the most out of your life!
